Directions to PPL Course

By Car: The course is being held at the Mid-Essex Adult Community College, Post Code is CM13 1BD if you have Sat Nav, Map Reference 177: 620 952. This is on the Shenfield - Billericay Road (A129) east of Shenfield.

The easiest route is to use the A12, get off at the junction which is about 5 miles east of the M25 (this should be signed Shenfield & Ingatestone or Brentwood & Shenfield if coming from Chelmsford direction).

Take the TURNING SIGNED TO INGATESTONE.

Take the FIRST RIGHT (only 200 yards on) into Lower Road.

Follow this back under the A12 all the way past the trading estate to a MINI ROUNDABOUT, TURN RIGHT, you are now on the A129, you should go past CO-OP on the left and other shops on the right.

At MINI ROUNDABOUT STRAIGHT ON up the hill to TRAFFIC LIGHTS - TURN RIGHT AT LIGHTS, college car park is immediately on the left.

By Train: Shenfield has a fast and frequent service from London Liverpool Street. Take a Southend Victoria Train, check that it stops at Shenfield. On arriving at Shenfield you can either take a taxi-rank is outside the Kebab shop to your left, or follow the map - it is a 10 minute walk.

Once in the car park go up the ramp and enter through the main doors. The Classroom we are using is upstairs - follow the signs.
